Job summary

Ushodaya Enterprises in India is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities in food production, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Maintenance, plan manpower, manage material availability, and strive to achieve production targets while maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with relevant FMCG experience.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing/production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shop-floor production activities.
• Ensure materials availability and plan manpower.
• Coordinate with Stores, Quality and Maintenance to meet targets.
