Qualifications

• Experience in production support for banking/financial applications.
• Strong knowledge of payments domain including SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, NEFT, SEPA, ISO 20022.
• Proficient in SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, or Geneos.
• Understanding of batch processing and job scheduling.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
