Job summary

HighRadius in Hyderabad is seeking a Training Specialist to lead client-oriented product training for the Order-to-Cash platform. You will design and deliver training sessions, mentor consultants, and ensure training materials stay accurate and up-to-date.

This role requires 3–6 years in professional services, strong communication and presentation skills, and a knack for turning complex SaaS concepts into clear content.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional services experience.
• Location: Hyderabad.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (tier 1/2).
• Excellent communication, time management, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Training aptitude and technical inclination; SaaS/Order-to-Cash domain exposure a plus.
• Experience with training clients on SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to client users and manage the lifecycle.
• Create customized training content for client users.
• Mentor consultants on training lifecycle of HighRadius Order to Cash management system.
• Review and validate training materials.
• Create and maintain standard training materials.
• Enable training consultants to deliver training to clients.
• Deliver trainings based on support requests and manage lifecycle.
• Analyze Day in the Life of client users to understand usage.
• Improve training processes via client feedback and support tickets.
• Create LMS pages for post go-live access.
• Collaborate with consulting, product, and support to update content.
• Understand project lifecycle phases: design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, hyper-care.
• Knowledge of technical training delivery and content creation.
• Experience with SaaS product training is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to client users and manage the whole lifecycle
• Create customized product training content for the client users
• Mentor project consultants on the training lifecycle of HighRadius Order to Cash management systemproducts for global clients
• Review and validate product training materials created by the project consultants
• Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products
• Enable training consultants to deliver an effective product training to our clients
• Deliver training to client users based on support requests and manage the whole lifecycle
• Analyze the Day in Life of client users to understand their usage patterns and concerns
• Improve the training process by analyzing the client feedback and support tickets
• Enable the consulting client users to access training post go-live, by creating project-specificLMS pages
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure alltraining content is updated and accurate
• Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover,
• Go-live and hyper care
• Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation
• Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus
• Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus

Skill & Experience Needed

• Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).
• Location: Hyderabad.
