The role involves collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and QA, performing UAT, and supporting shadow sessions to ensure value delivery across global clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting or implementation roles.
• Education: engineering or MBA degrees (Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA).
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies.
• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
• Run and manage change requests through lifecycle phases: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Build rapport with clients and conduct UAT and shadow sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to deploy projects with KPIs.
• Test end-to-end process flows and train users to drive value outcomes.
• Keep Delivery Director updated on risks related to change requests.

Job Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the project/change requests with good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the timelines. This job profile will offer an individual high visibility with regular client interaction as he/she will be the main Point of Contact during post go live change request implementation of Highradius products. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication ski ls.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
• Writing SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
• Run and execute the change requests through the various phases of the project life cycle including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live and Hyper-care.
• Able to build rapport with clients and manage them effectively. Wi l require to conduct UAT and support shadow sessions with clients effectively.
• Closely collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams & QA to deploy the projects with the agreed KPIs.
• Test end-to-end Process flows, drive adoption by giving hand-on end user journey training and validate value outcomes.
• Keep the Delivery Director honest and up to date on any potential risks related to change requests.

Skill & Experience Needed

• Experience: 2 to 5 years Ideal Candidate Profile
• Education: Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA Degree(preferably from a top reputed university).
• Very good communication, Analytical, problem solving, presentation, Organizational and Collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
• Exposure to international clients / projects, Exposure to BA, Domain Knowledge, Team player.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash(O2C) related business processes is a plus.
• Understanding post go live client requirements handling change requests.
• Exposure to value based executions.
