Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP seeks a Product Specialist for Grinding to design and document mechanical layouts for Vertical Mills, Separators, and related equipment used in cement manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on 3D modeling in SolidWorks, 3D layouts in AutoCAD, and strong English communication. You will collaborate across sales, project management, and engineering teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables and provide technical support globally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (must-have).
• 5–10 years of OEM design and execution experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting on-site.
• Experience creating 3D product layouts.
• Expertise in technical drawings and 3D design with SolidWorks.
• Experience creating product layouts in 3D & AutoCAD.

Product Specialist - Grinding

Job Responsibilities

• Create specifications for mechanical design of Grinding products – Vertical Mills, Separators and similar equipment used in a cement manufacturing industry, including design calculations, sizing and documentation.
• Close cooperation with the sales department and project management, follow up on technical proposals.
• Release of deliverables meeting the defined quality norms while ensuring adherence to contractual / project specific requirements within the defined time frames.
• Technical assistance to colleagues worldwide, suppliers and plant sites on time, technical discussion with clients.
• Work in close collaboration with the Product Chief Engineer & other stakeholders.
• Design and support state-of-the-art cement plant equipment, prepare necessary documentation covering everything from risk assessments, drawings, specifications, instructions, and design manuals.
• Prepare/Update design manuals to be used for standard order handling, erection support, End User requirements.
• Make technical drawings and 3D design work using SolidWorks.
• Apply design judgements using the knowledge of Fits, Tolerances, Finish, Manufacturing methods and workshop practices.
• Deliver the best possible quality – also when deadlines turn tough and it takes serious persistence to get to the goal.
• Ensure project tracking in all stages with accurate data and documentation for future retrieval.
• Support Customer service for spare parts sales and retrofit.
• Utilize the ENOVIA tool to manage product data, engineering documentation, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide product knowledge to develop competitive and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure machine designs compliance with global engineering standards, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience with OEM, in the fields of design and execution
• Proficiency to work in Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to work in team as well as independently
• High level of English, both written and oral
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in trouble shooting on-site with a hands‑on approach
• Expertise in documentation which meets quality standards
• Experience making 3D models for products
• Expertise in technical drawings and 3D design work using SolidWorks
• Experience in creating product layouts in 3D & AutoCAD
