Commissioning, Optimization and audit services supports cement customers to do plant commissioning and performance improvement process audits.
Sustainability audits drive energy efficiency and optimization through process audit that reduce operating costs by minimizing downtime, boosting productivity, and reducing CO2 emission.
Process Commissioning & Audit Specialist Supervises client staff and other site staff in their execution of work tasks related to the Commissioning/Audits/Optimization/Troubleshooting/equipment drawings of the equipment/plant Participates in sales process in proposal preparation, negotiation and audit implementation. Collects data for present plant operation Trains client staff on efficient operation of cement plant process. Prepares plant Commissioning reports/audit reports / energy report Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards Troubleshoots problems related to erection/operations of the plant or problems occurring after the delivery of the plant
