Fuller Technologies in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks a Process Commissioning & Audit Specialist to lead plant audits and commissioning initiatives for cement operations. You will supervise site staff, participate in sales support, and train client teams to optimize process performance.

The role requires strong knowledge of process design and cement plant machinery, with a track record in commissioning, audits, and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Commissioning of the plants.
• Actively participates with sales team in achieving the sales target.
• Execution of audit/ optimization / Troubleshooting.
• Work through the audit lifecycle, from project inception to audit report submission and invoice payment collection.
• Leads a team of experts and provides value added solution to customer.
• Supports Quality functions/Retrofit operation as and when required.
• Perform full plant audits, troubleshooting and feasibility studies, including measuring relevant process data.
• Contribute to generate leads for Spares sales/Retrofits/Products/Service.
• Business travel expected: Around 120-180 days/year.

About The Department

Commissioning, Optimization and audit services supports cement customers to do plant commissioning and performance improvement process audits. Sustainability audits drive energy efficiency and optimization through process audit that reduce operating costs by minimizing downtime, boosting productivity, and reducing CO2 emission.

About The Role

Process Commissioning & Audit Specialist

• Supervises client staff and other site staff in their execution of work tasks related to the Commissioning/Audits/Optimization/Troubleshooting/equipment drawings of the equipment/plant
• Participates in sales process in proposal preparation, negotiation and audit implementation.
• Collects data for present plant operation
• Trains client staff on efficient operation of cement plant process.
• Prepares plant Commissioning reports/audit reports / energy report
• Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards
• Troubleshoots problems related to erection/operations of the plant or problems occurring after the delivery of the plant
