Loop Subscriptions in Gurugram is seeking a tech operations professional to support onboarding, data migration, and technical integrations for Shopify-based merchants.

You will collaborate with onboarding specialists, provide post-sale technical support, and contribute to documentation and QA to ensure smooth merchant experiences. This role requires strong communication and hands-on coding skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in tech operations or related roles.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Sales solutioning: engage with CTOs and advise on solution architecture using Loop's APIs/portal/custom CSS and JS.
• Client onboarding: collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of merchants.
• Data migration: manage migration infrastructure to move merchants data from previous platform to Loop with no data loss or errors.
• Technical support: provide timely technical support during onboarding to resolve issues for merchants.
• Documentation: create and maintain configurations and troubleshooting guides for speed resolutions.
• Quality assurance: perform thorough testing to prevent escalations after onboarding.
• Shopify expertise: leverage Shopify knowledge to implement custom requirements as expected.

Responsibilities

• Sales solutioning: Attending sales conversations with technical leadership (CTOs etc) and consulting them on solutioning/ architecture using Loop's existing APIs/ portal/ custom CSS and JS.
• Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
• Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
• Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts
• Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
