Job summary

Loop Subscriptions is seeking a tech operations professional to onboard merchants, migrate subscription data, and provide ongoing technical support. You will engage CTO-level discussions, tailor solutions using Loop APIs and Shopify, and ensure smooth migrations with thorough QA.

The role requires 4-5 years in tech operations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team. Office-based in Gurugram, with standard project timelines.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts.
• Experience with Shopify is a significant advantage.

• Sales solutioning: Attending sales conversations with technical leadership and consulting on solutioning/architecture using Loop’s APIs/portal/custom CSS and JS.
• Client onboarding: Collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of merchants.
• Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate subscriptions data with no data loss or errors.
• Technical support: Provide technical support to clients during onboarding and address issues promptly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Quality assurance: Conduct testing to ensure no escalations or issues after onboarding.
• Shopify expertise: Leverage Shopify knowledge to implement custom requirements as per expectations.

Note- This is a work from office role, work timings- 6pm to 3am

Responsibilities

• Sales solutioning:Attending sales conversations with technical leadership (CTOs etc) and consulting them on solutioning/ architecture using Loop’s existing APIs/ portal/ custom CSS and JS.
• Client Onboarding:Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
• Data migration:Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
• Technical Support:Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
• Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
• Shopify Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.
