Job summary

Lionlender Finance is seeking a hands-on Shopify & E-Commerce Operations & Integration Specialist to manage our Shopify storefront and streamline order processing, payments, and shipping integrations.

You will work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to ensure accurate order lifecycle management, testing with Postman, and ongoing optimization of ecommerce workflows to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with shipping/courier integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify & E-Commerce Operations & Integration Specialist who will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, complete order processing workflow, payment and shipping integrations, APIs, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every order received through Shopify is correctly processed from order confirmation and payment verification through shipment, tracking, delivery, returns, replacements and refunds.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify order and fulfillment management.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with shipping/courier integrations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
• Knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to independently monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle.
