Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and chat interactions with business customers in a confident and collaborative manner.
• Position the client's commercial hardware and software solutions against customer needs.
• Clarify customer questions, handle objections, and agree next best actions based on purchase intent.
• Provide Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills / Experience

• Proven sales orientation with at least two years of sales or tele sales experience preferred with 3C product experience an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with CRM/sales tool familiarity.
• Typing proficiency of approximately 35 WPM in English
• Direct sales conversion, revenue, order value, customer satisfaction, lead quality, and business customer experience outcomes.
