Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. in Siliguri, India is seeking a field sales professional to drive POS business in the assigned geography.

You will participate in branch meetings, plan market activities for lead generation and closures, and ensure smooth installations and service with the local team. You will meet merchants, understand their needs, negotiate pricing, and help open accounts while training sales officers to boost productivity and revenue.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for increasing POS business in the assigned geography /cluster
• Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff regarding POS product benefits and features.
• Implement planned market activities with branch resources for lead generation/closures.
• Meet customers, understand needs, negotiate on pricing, close account opening forms.
• Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
• Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
• Ensure coordination with local service team for swift installations, activation and service TATs
• Create cross sell opportunities of other products to merchants

Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
Preferred candidate profile: MBA / Graduate from a reputed Institution with relevant work experience
