Job summary

OmneNEST Technologies seeks a Product Project Manager to drive delivery of multi-product digital platforms including RMS/OMS middleware, APIs, web and mobile interfaces, and back-office systems within a capital markets ecosystem.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage regulatory and exchange-driven changes, and ensure disciplined release planning with clear metrics and API versioning. Strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features spanning middleware, APIs, web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Backend (Golang), Frontend (React), Mobile (Flutter), QA, DevOps, Infra.
• Manage integrations with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory and exchange-driven changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency mapping, and rollback planning.
• Ensure API versioning discipline and backward compatibility.
• Track execution metrics including defect leakage, release quality, and incident management (MTTR).
• Align business priorities with engineering capacity through structured scope management.

The role requires deep understanding of trading workflows, strong technical systems fluency, and disciplined execution governance.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of features spanning middleware, APIs, web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Backend (Golang), Frontend (React), Mobile (Flutter), QA, DevOps, Infra.
• Manage integrations with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory and exchange-driven changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency mapping, and rollback planning.
• Ensure API versioning discipline and backward compatibility.
• Track execution metrics including defect leakage, release quality, and incident management (MTTR).

Good to Have:

• Experience with high-concurrency systems.
• Knowledge of Kafka-based event architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, containerised environments).
• Purely ceremony-driven Agile coordinators.
• PMs without fintech platform experience.
• Profile limited to documentation or reporting.
