Job summary

Job description

Build a deep, first-hand understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and constraints in trade show usage contexts
Represent customer and business context within the delivery team
Frame problems clearly and test assumptions using qualitative insight and quantitative data
Partner with engineering, design, delivery management, and data analytics to enable effective delivery
Provide context, clarity, and specification to unblock teams and sustain momentum
Make pragmatic delivery trade-offs balancing value, feasibility, reliability, and time
Work closely with UK-based Senior Product Managers as an execution partner and subject matter expert
Bring delivery realities, technology options, customer insight, and learning into roadmap and prioritisation discussions
Support execution and monitoring of agreed product and technology work
Validate product hypotheses through data, experimentation, and real-world feedback
Monitor product behaviour in live show conditions and identify reliability or adoption issues
Feed learning into iterative improvement and prioritisation cycles
Collaborate with commercial, product success, marketing, and sales teams to support adoption and operability
Contribute to coordinated releases and dependency management across teams
Lead product demos or reviews, articulating outcomes, trade-offs, and learning
Create and prioritise the product backlog and define requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support delivery and release readiness
Use analytics dashboards to inform product decisions and connect work to OKRs
Serve as the end-to-end product subject matter expert and respond to live event issues

Requirements

Define and prioritise a value-based product backlog, including functional features and technical and compliance items with the Tech Lead
Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure stories are well-defined, appropriately sized, and sprint-ready
Drive solutions within boundaries shaped by the Product Manager, making active trade-offs
Elicit and define implementation specifications with sufficient detail
Identify assumptions, dependencies, edge cases, and operational impacts
Distinguish documented fact from assumption and inference
Create process maps and requirements documentation that are testable and traceable
Provide clarification and handle requirements changes during sprint execution
Act as primary product point of contact for the delivery team
Facilitate understanding of business context
Engage stakeholders and accurately relay their input
Keep management updated via sprint demos and reports
Tailor communication to different audiences
Participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Support value delivery against requirements and release readiness activities
Support Product Manager discovery activities where needed
Use Mixpanel and Power BI dashboards to generate insights and inform trade-offs
Assess basic data quality and connect product work to OKRs and outcomes
Become the subject matter expert on the product, system connections, and business value
Respond appropriately to live event issues with suitable urgency
Maintain broad awareness of technical architecture and platform constraints
Speak credibly with engineers about implementation boundaries
