- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for technical products within a specific business area
- Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products or one strategic technical product
- Participate in the design and continuous improvement of technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that improve the client experience
- Coach technical product teams toward best practices and learning
- Deliver messaging, communications, and customer outreach as needed
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and support escalations
- Lead planning, development, and implementation of new technical products

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical product management
- At least 2 years leading large cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, product design, user experience evaluation, technical documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Technical knowledge of software development processes, APIs, cloud platforms, or data-driven product environments
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project execution skills
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with business viability and user desirability
- Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certifications, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity
