Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Product Owner for our Corporate Payments division in Nagpur to drive outcome-focused delivery within a Scrum team. You will own backlog priorities, translate business goals into actionable work, and ensure measurable value against defined outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners in an onsite Nagpur office, receiving formal training and company equipment to accelerate your impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured backlog items.
• Experience in Commercial Card, Expense Management, and API integrations.
• Mobile application development experience.

What We Need

Corpay Inc. is seeking a Product Owner within our Corporate Payments division to drive clear, outcome-focused delivery within a Scrum team. This role owns backlog priorities and delivery outcomes, translating business goals and customer needs into actionable work that produces measurable value. The Product Owner serves as the single accountable owner for intent translation, connecting strategy, customer problems, and execution. You will report directly to the Director of Product Management and regularly collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Product Owner, you will work in an onsite environment, reporting to our Nagpur office location 5 days a week.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Own Product Intent and Backlog

• Translating business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable backlog items
• Ensuring every item is tied to a defined outcome and measurable value
• Maintaining a well-prioritized, continuously refined backlog

Drive Delivery and Decisions

• Serving as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
• Balancing short-term delivery with longer-term product outcomes
• Ensuring delivered work meets intended business and customer outcomes
• Speaking directly to clients on features and design

Lead Team Alignment

• Aligning the team on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes
• Driving clarity and accountability across the delivery lifecycle
• Working with the horizontal team to ensure flow of work aligns to priorities and release dates

Leverage Modern Tools and Practices

• Be on the front line of building everything through an AI-First product strategy from prototyping to execution
• Partner with engineering to ensure work is structured for effective execution and validation through AI code generation

Partner Across Stakeholders

• Aligning priorities across Product, Engineering, and Business partners
• Managing expectations and trade-offs to maximize delivered value

Ensure Quality and Outcomes

• Validating readiness for release in partnership with Engineering
• Tracking progress against defined success measures and adjust as needed
• Tracking delivery metrics to ensure continued improvement
• Experience in AI-DLC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or similar roles
