Job summary

Corpay seeks an AI Solutions Analyst for Process Excellence and Intelligence in Chennai to build AI agents and automated workflows reducing manual FP&A tasks. You will craft automated solutions using Copilot Studio, Python, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce, ensuring secure, scalable processes.

You will also design validation and human-in-the-loop approvals, while documenting data lineage and controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power Platform.
• Strong Python skills, especially Pandas, openpyxl, Excel file handling, data validation, and automation.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, Power Query, macros/VBA, and data modelling.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and connectors.
• Experience working with Power BI datasets, reports, refreshes, or dataflows.
• Understanding of Salesforce data objects, reports, dashboards, or integrations.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI output validation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into automation workflows.
• Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Automate FP&A and Sales Compensation tasks using Python, Power Automate, Excel macros, Office Scripts, and APIs.
• Create agents that can answer questions from SharePoint, Excel trackers, policy docs, SOPs, and reporting repositories.
• Develop workflows for recurring reports, reminders, data validation, approvals, and exception tracking.
• Integrate agents with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Build validation scripts for sales compensation calculations, quota attainment checks, payout checks, and data reconciliation.
• Support Power BI and Salesforce reporting by automating data prep and issue tracking.
• Design human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive outputs like compensation calculations and stakeholder communications.
• Document processes, automation logic, data lineage, controls, and support procedures.
• Track automation benefits: hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, adoption.

Role: AI Solutions Analyst – Process Excellence and Intelligence

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to support the Process Excellence and Intelligence team in building AI agents, automations, and reporting solutions that reduce manual effort across FP&A, Sales Compensation, Power BI, Salesforce, and recurring operational processes.

The role will focus on identifying repetitive manual activities, converting them into AI-assisted or fully automated workflows, and building secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Chat GPT, Power Platform, Python, Excel automation, Power BI, Salesforce, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for recurring business processes.
• Automate manual FP&A and Sales Compensation tasks using Python, Power Automate, Excel macros, Office Scripts, and APIs.
• Create agents that can answer questions from SharePoint files, Excel trackers, policy documents, process SOPs, and reporting repositories.
• Develop workflows for recurring reports, stakeholder reminders, data validation, approval routing, and exception tracking.
• Integrate agents and automations with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Build validation scripts for sales compensation calculations, quota attainment checks, payout exception checks, and data reconciliation.
• Support Power BI and Salesforce report enhancement by automating data preparation and issue tracking.
• Design human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive outputs such as compensation calculations, financial commentary, or stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• Experience with Dataverse or SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI.
• Exposure to RPA or UI automation.
• Understanding of governance, DLP, security roles, and access controls.
• Data Science, Statistics knowledge will be added advantage.
