**OVERVIEW**The Product Owner – Knowledge Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and advancement of the supply chain capabilities that enable our digital transformation. They will lead design, testing and implementation with Supply Chain teams and leverage close partnership with D&T, Finance, and 3rd parties. The role will also work across Supply Chain pillar teams and current transformation efforts to coordinate capability development and knowledge advancement. Focus areas include integration of ai capabilities, visibility tools, automation & workflow tools, smart alerts, advanced analytics and support for key initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Digital FoundationsThe Product Owner – Knowledge Management plays a central role in the continued evolution of our SC Digital Literacy and Learning model by optimizing performance and identifying opportunities for value creation, while expanding the scope to our Finance, teams and SC Governance workstreams. The shift timings for the role will be **1:30 PM–10:30 PM****Function Overview**The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence.
