Job summary

Lupin is hiring for a Digital Supply Chain Transformation role focusing on Kinaxis and related platforms in India. You will lead the development of Kinaxis capabilities and coordinate between Supply, Demand, Commercial and Manufacturing teams to accelerate bid responses and performance tracking.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, plus familiarity with analytics/AI. A PMO and process excellence mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in project management (PMO), digital transformation, and process excellence within supply chain functions.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end planning tools Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, and BI tools Power BI/Tableau; AI/ML analytics a plus.

Job Description

• Digital Supply Chain Transformation - Kinaxis Support
• Lead the development of Kinaxis capabilities by converting Business Requirements into scalable system designs
• Increase the adoption of Kinaxis System capabilities by acting as the SPOC between Supply, Demand, Commercial and Manufacturing team
• Leverage the New Business Opportunity module in Kinaxis to do the Quantitative analysis of New Bids and reduce the turnaround time (TAT) for bid responses
• Resolve system-related gaps by closely engaging with cross functional stakeholders
• Spearhead the deployment and optimization of digital supply chain platforms, including SAP, Kinaxis, and BI dashboards across other markets/divisions
• Act as the functional SME (Demand/Supply) for Kinaxis implementations across new businesses and geographies.
• Explore and pilot emerging technologies to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.
• Strategic Projects & PMO Execution
• Lead and execute cross-functional technology enabled initiatives within the Global Technical Operations (GTO) function.
• Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Process & Business Excellence
• Facilitate supply chain planning orchestration across global sites and markets, ensuring adherence to planning cycles and compliance standards.
• Support mid-term business planning and long-term capacity strategy execution.
• Strengthen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance across sites and markets.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause investigations to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for supply chain functions.
• Conduct strategic evaluations and benchmarking to identify performance gaps.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to recommend and implement corrective actions.

Work Experience
