Job summary

PwC India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product vision, define roadmaps, and prioritize business value in collaboration with key stakeholders.

The role involves working with GenAI, agentic AI, and RPA initiatives, understanding US healthcare workflows, and ensuring successful adoption and analytics. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience and strong backlog management in Jira.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years experience in product vision, roadmaps, scope definition and business-value prioritization.
• Experience delivering GenAI, agentic AI or RPA products with healthcare domain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap, scope definition and prioritization of business value with stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT planning, validation and approval with business users in a healthcare setting.

Role & responsibilities -

• 8 to 12 Years exp in - Product vision, roadmap, scope definition and business-value prioritization
  Requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
  User stories, measurable acceptance criteria and backlog management in Jira
  Agile delivery, sprint planning and release prioritization
  Working understanding of Overall US healthcare and benefits
  UAT planning, business validation and approval coordination
  Ability to define AI/automation outcomes, success measures and human-review needs
  Experience in creating business processess using various tools and product documentation


• Experience delivering GenAI, agentic AI or RPA products
  CRx/pharmacy operations and healthcare document workflows
  Awareness of AWS-hosted applications and API integrations
  Familiarity with Jira-to-Bitbucket delivery traceability
  Product analytics, adoption measurement and business-case development
  PBM domain knowledge
