Job summary

Vizen Life Sciences Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Product Manager with hands-on experience in AI and ML projects to drive backlog, align stakeholders, and define KPIs for success.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, and AI/ML delivery for automation.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience with agile development.
• Good to have knowledge of Python and cloud services.
• Good knowledge of Drug Development processes and workflows from SRA to Protocol Design and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear information flow.

• Maintain the team backlog with input from Tech Lead/Architect/Engineering.
• Coordinate backlog prep for Sprint Planning and manage dependencies across projects.
• Communicate story details and priorities to ensure alignment on iteration plans.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory guidelines and standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Acting as primary liaison between the cross-functional teams and all the stakeholders. The person in this role must make sure the information flow is quick and clear so that there is no misinterpretation.
• Communicate with all stakeholders and come up with right KPIs for the project success.
• Drives ROI and Values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for the application of generative AI solutions.
• Being responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. Take input from all stakeholders’ funnels through him or her to guide in the creation and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
• Providing clear understanding of what those items mean (in both function and value) aids in maximizing the efforts of the Development Team.
• Works closely with Product owners and technical leads to ensure clean and clear requirements and smooth delivery.
• Maintaining the team backlog – With input from TechLead/Architect/Engineering (Development) Team and other stakeholders.
• Product Manager reviews and reprioritizes the backlog as part of the prep work for Sprint Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Projects.
• Communicates story details and priorities and ensures the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan.
• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to regulatory guidelines and BMS standards, addressing any compliance issues.
• Experience in Visualize the Business Process Flows using Visualization Tools - MS Visio or Lucid Chart etc.,

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, solution development and delivery for AI & ML Technologies in Automation
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, experience with agile development methodologies
• Good to have knowledge of Python and cloud services.
• Good knowledge of Drug Development processes and workflows starting from SRA to Protocol Design and beyond.
