Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to drive end-to-end delivery of AI programs across healthcare units in Bengaluru, India. You will own the product backlog, translate clinical and regulatory needs into features, and work with executives, sponsors, and clients to define AI roadmaps.

You will collaborate with AI architects and cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery, compliance, and scalable deployment, while guiding distributed teams through agile ceremonies and best

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in product ownership or technical product management.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks and facilitation of ceremonies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including clinical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle and healthcare applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication across technical, operational and clinical audiences.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and align distributed teams.
• CSPO, PMP, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification.
