About the Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to support the Wisor AI team in maintaining data quality, evaluating AI responses, and monitoring user experience. This role offers hands‑on exposure to AI products, product analytics, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Data Annotation

• Review and label transaction, merchant, and category data.
• Assist in maintaining high‑quality datasets used for evaluation and benchmarking.
• Identify data inconsistencies and report findings to the team.

AI Response Evaluation

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using predefined quality frameworks.
• Compare outputs against benchmark responses and golden datasets.
• Document observations and quality issues.

User Experience Monitoring

• Review user interactions and feedback.
• Analyze low‑rated conversations and summarize recurring issues.
• Assist with RCA documentation and issue tracking.

Operational Support

• Maintain evaluation trackers and operational dashboards.
• Support recurring quality audits and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams on ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and product development.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
