Location is on-site in Ahmedabad area, with close collaboration across Product, Sales, Design and Content teams to align marketing with product goals and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on with paid ads and acquisition campaigns.
• Experience in funnel management and CRO.
• Strong landing page optimization and A/B testing skills.
• Familiar with heatmaps and user behavior tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels from acquisition to conversion.
• Create landing pages to improve conversion rates and UX.
• Analyze heatmaps and user behavior to identify opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, CAC, ROAS and other metrics.
• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, messaging, CTAs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design and Content teams.
• Improve product positioning and customer acquisition strategy.
• Use data to inform marketing decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can take ownership of product marketing initiatives, manage acquisition funnels, optimize landing pages, and drive measurable growth through paid and organic marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Build, manage, and continuously optimize marketing funnels from acquisition to conversion.
• Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Analyze heatmaps, user behavior, and website interactions to identify conversion opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and other key marketing metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, creatives, messaging, and CTAs.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Content teams to align marketing with product goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve product positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition.
• Use analytics and performance data to make informed marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid ads and acquisition campaigns.
• Experience in funnel management and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with heatmap and user behavior tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience marketing SaaS / B2B products will be highly preferred.
• Good understanding of customer journey, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
