Job summary

Human Capitalists seeks a Product Manager to own the company’s website end to end, driving SEO-led acquisition, engagement and monetisation. You will turn first‑time visitors into returning devotees through measurable growth in Revenue, CRO, LTV and Retention.

The role requires 2+ years in B2C product management, strong analytics, stakeholder management and a passion for faith and spirituality space. Founding or web product experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute.
• 2+ years of B2C product management experience.
• Measurable impact on Revenue, CRO, LTV and Retention.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems from first principles.

As Product Manager, own the company’s website end to end and build SEO-led acquisition, engagement and monetisation loops that turn first-time visitors into returning devotees.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute
• IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM or ISB preferred
• 2+ years of B2C product management and growth experience
• Measurable past impact on Revenue, CRO, LTV and Retention
• A proven ability to solve ambiguous problems from first principles rather than from existing playbooks
• Product knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition levers, including technical SEO, content strategy and site performance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex, funnel-level datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine interest in building for the faith and spirituality space
• Founding experience, web product experience or experience growing e-commerce products is a plus
