Human Capitalists in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own acquisition and monetisation for our flagship app. You will drive revenue, conversion, ARPU and repeat transactions across millions of devotees, shaping a high-growth product in the faith and spirituality space.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of core B2C PM experience, a track record of measurable revenue impact, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Engineering or management degree from premier institute; IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM or ISB preferred.
• 4+ years of core B2C product management experience.
• Measurable impact on Revenue, Conversion, ARPU and Repeat Transactions.

As Senior Product Manager, own acquisition and monetisation for the company’s flagship app and grow revenue, conversion, ARPU and repeat transactions across millions of devotees.

• Engineering or management degree from a premier institute; IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM or ISB preferred.
• 4+ years of core B2C product management experience.
• Measurable past impact on Revenue, Conversion, ARPU and Repeat Transactions (mandatory), as well as on Retention and Engagement.
• A proven record of delivering impactful digital products in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Genuine interest in building products for the faith and spirituality space.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
• Founding or entrepreneurial experience is a plus, and so is experience with App and Web products or with e-commerce and supply chain products.
