The ideal candidate will be an effective people leader and executive communicator who thrives in matrixed environments and can bring structure, strategic thinking, and clarity to ambiguity.
Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of directly managing teams and providing supervisory leadership.
• Extensive experience managing digital, consumer-facing products and complex technology platforms, with the ability to translate business strategy, customer insights, and data into successful product outcomes.
• Strong experience in e-commerce and omnichannel product environments, ideally within a global or multi-market organization.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new product features and capabilities that deliver measurable business and customer value.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional, and iterative product development environment, balancing stakeholder collaboration with strong product ownership and advocacy.
• Highly curious, analytical, and data-driven, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and actionable direction to ambiguous and complex business problems.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize product roadmaps, make trade-offs, and align execution with strategic business objectives.
