Job summary

Zomint in Mohali, India, is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end client experience across the client app, CRM systems, and advisor workflows. You will craft onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys focused on mass-affluent Indian investors and their advisors, ensuring clarity, trust, and high conversion.

Product Manager Engagement (3–5 Years Experience)

About Zomint

Zomint is building the default financial advisor for India’s mass-affluent families, investors

with 15L–1Cr in financial assets who are too complex for DIY apps, yet too small for

private banking.

We combine AI-driven systems with human advisors to deliver long-term, personalized

financial guidance at scale. Built by the team behind Bekifaayati (5M+ subscribers), Zomint

is creating the operating system for family wealth management in India.

Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience in fintech, wealthtech,

broking, lending, insurance, banking, or consumer products.

This role will own Zomint’s end-to-end client experience across the client app, CRM systems

and engagement workflows. You will be responsible for building clear, trustworthy, and

high-conversion journeys across onboarding, advisory interactions, recommendations, order

placement, portfolio tracking, follow-ups, service requests, and ongoing client engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong product and workflow thinking with good consumer

product taste. You should care deeply about client and advisor experience, clarity, trust, and

execution quality, while also being comfortable working with engineering, design, operations,

compliance, and advisors to ship scalable financial advisory and client-engagement

workflows.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end client experience across the app, CRM, and advisor facing workflows, including onboarding, activation, portfolio discovery, advisor interactions, recommendations, orders, follow-ups, service requests, and ongoing engagement
• Design and improve client and advisor journeys that make complex financial actions, follow-ups, and service interactions simple, trustworthy, and easy to complete
• Work closely with founders, design, engineering, advisors, operations, and compliance to take product ideas from problem discovery to launch
• Convert advisor, client, and business requirements into scalable product experiences and operational workflows, PRDs, wireframes, metrics, and execution plans
• Improve key product and workflow metrics across onboarding completion, KYC success, portfolio upload rates, activation, order conversion, follow-up completion, advisor responsiveness, retention, and engagement
• Build CRM and advisor workflow systems for client segmentation, task management, follow-ups, service requests, and communication tracking, reducing manual effort while improving consistency and responsiveness
• Develop strong product judgment around what feels simple, premium, credible, and usable for mass-affluent Indian investors as well as the advisors serving them
• Use data, user feedback, advisor insights, and business goals to prioritize and iterate quickly
• Ensure app, CRM, and advisor workflows are compliant, operationally feasible, and scalable across a large client base

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Experience owning consumer-facing app journeys and/or CRM, lifecycle, operations, or advisor workflows, preferably in fintech, wealthtech, broking, lending, insurance, banking, or consumer tech
• Strong product and workflow judgment, with the ability to identify what makes client and advisor journeys simple, trustworthy, and high quality
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and execution skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
• Attention to detail, especially around client and advisor experience, edge cases, data quality, and financial workflows
