The Product team defines and refines Wizzer’s offerings. They focus on user experience, product strategy, and business intelligence, ensuring that our solutions address the real challenges advisors face. From feature development to process optimization, they ensure Wizzer remains at the forefront of investment technology.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and agile Product Manager with expertise in UX/UI design, product management, and business analysis. This hands-on role involves creating detailed product briefs, driving collaboration with development teams, researching market trends, defining strategies, and optimizing user journeys. We value candidates who are adaptable, motivated, and eager to contribute to the product lifecycle while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Product Management & Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Create detailed product briefs, specifications, and business cases for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and document user requirements.
• Business Analysis: Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
• Map user journeys and create workflows to address pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
• UX/UI Design: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Work closely with designers to ensure user-centric interfaces and conduct usability testing.
• Developer Collaboration: Provide developers with detailed explanations of workflows, specifications, and edge cases.
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team for seamless execution.
• Research & Optimization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel for user insights.
• Gather user feedback and continuously iterate on product features to enhance usability.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaboration Tools: Slack, Notion, Miro
