WCube Solutions in India is seeking a Product Manager who will own the strategy and roadmap for multiple product areas, translating customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with business, operations and engineering to drive end-to-end product development, focusing on search and e-commerce experiences that empower enterprise and SME customers.

4+ years of product management experience and a BE CS background are required; MBA is recommended to strengthen

• 4+ years of product management experience with BE Computer Science or related stream.
• Experience building search or e-commerce products is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication to present data clearly in ambiguous situations.
• Passion for technology and solving business/customer problems with practical solutions.

Job Description

Product Managers play a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, they get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take Outside-In view of the problems and create a vision, strategy and roadmap of how software can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future. Once envisioned, they inspire and align stakeholders - business, operations and finance, and through engineers transform their vision into reality.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for multiple product areas
• Manage all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of product management experience along with an academic background of BE Computer Science or related stream, MBA or equivalent recommended
• Past background building search products or e-commerce products is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to present data in most ambiguous situations and be able to operate.
• Passion for technology pro-active in understanding and developing various applications, and have used technology to solve business/customer problems.
