Job summary

CloudEagle.ai is seeking a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision and strategy for our SaaS platform in a fast-paced startup setting.

You will own the activation and engagement roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and deliver new integrations and features to expand the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management and at least 4 years total professional experience.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory.
• Must have startup experience.
• Technical background with prior Developer or QA experience before PM.
• Experience with AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA, Enterprise Applications, Internal Help Desk, or Customer Support platforms is a plus.
• Proven experience in driving product vision, GTM strategy, and design discussions.

• Develop and widen CloudEagle across the full customer journey.
• Drive the activation and engagement roadmap, build a roadmap, and implement new integrations and features.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to support product development and launches.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure success of product initiatives.

• Articulate and align stakeholders to execute a product vision and build roadmaps.

This role will be pivotal in shaping product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize product performance.

About the role:

CloudEagle is looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone coming from a technical background in the SaaS space. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for widening the footprint of CloudEagle across the whole customer journey. You will drive the vision and strategy for the activation and engagement pod, build a roadmap, and implement new integrations and features.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and identify what we can build to enable them.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to support product development and launches.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure product development.
• Articulate and align internal stakeholders to execute a vision, and build product roadmaps and feature requirements for CloudEagle.
• Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog
• Work with Marketing on GTM product assets

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years of total professional experience.
• Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory.
• Must have experience working in a startup environment.
• Should have a technical background, with prior experience as a Developer or QA before transitioning into Product Management.
• Must hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience in developing or launching products/technologies in areas such as AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA, Enterprise Applications, Internal Help Desk, or Customer Support platforms.
• Proven experience in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
• Experience in creating strategic product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of multiple functional areas including Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing.
