Incepteo Ltd is seeking a product leader to own and evolve the roadmap for Stratpilot and Grow Beyond Borders. You will collaborate with global customers, Western partners, and internal teams to translate insights into prototypes and clear specs.

You'll plan sprints with engineering, present the vision to stakeholders, and steer go-to-market alignment. A structured, data-informed mindset and hands-on prototyping are essential in this hybrid Hyderabad role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or ownership experience.
• Experience building and scaling startup products with traction.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and documentation skills.

You'll drive product development for one of our flagship initiatives, Stratpilot or Grow Beyond Borders. You'll own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, collaborating with global customers, Western partners, sales, marketing, and internal engineering teams.

We're looking for someone who has built and scaled products in a startup environment, thinks in structured frameworks, and can move seamlessly between whiteboarding sessions, customer presentations, and sprint planning. You'll combine sharp product instincts with hands-on execution, all while staying ahead of AI and technology trends shaping modern product development.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Stratpilot and/or Grow Beyond Borders, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with global customers, Western partners, and internal sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and validate product ideas
• Translate customer insights and market trends into clear product requirements, prototypes, and specifications
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan sprints, manage releases, and maintain a healthy product pipeline
• Prototype and whiteboard solutions, from early concepts to detailed specifications
• Present product vision, progress, and solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align go-to-market strategies with product releases
• Champion a structured, data-informed approach to product decisions while staying agile and responsive

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role
• Proven experience building and scaling products in a startup environment, ideally products that achieved meaningful traction
• Strong understanding of deployment architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, comfortable whiteboarding, writing specs, and presenting to diverse audiences
• Experience collaborating with Western clients, partners, or distributed global teams
• Structured mindset with the ability to organise complex workstreams, prioritise ruthlessly, and drive accountability
• Hands-on prototyping ability, comfortable creating wireframes, mockups, or quick proof-of-concepts
• Genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and how they reshape product development
