Job summary

EvoluteIQ AB in Bangalore is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape and execute our product strategy across AI/ML, data platforms and low-code/no-code. You will lead a small team of PMs, own the roadmap, define success metrics, and collaborate with sales, engineering and customers to translate vision into scalable enterprise-grade software.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, 10+ in product management for enterprise software or B2B SaaS, and a proven track record shipping AI

This is a product leadership role: you will be part of the technology leadership group informing the product vision the Chief Product Officer sets, and you will carry primary responsibility for turning that vision into strategy, a sequenced roadmap and shipped, adopted product. You will also guide a small team of specialist Product Managers, bringing enterprise-grade product practice into a fast-moving scale-up and adapting it to our stage. This role calls for depth of experience and hands-on product management in enterprise software or B2B SaaS covering both scaled and growing operations.

Shape Strategy with Technology Leadership

• Sit within the technology leadership group and contribute market, customer and execution perspective to the product vision the CPO sets.
• Translate that vision into product strategy and a roadmap the business can commit to and deliver.
• Represent the product organization in leadership discussions on sequencing, investment and trade-offs across product areas.
• Keep strategy and roadmap grounded in what customers, partners, the market and engineering capacity make realistic.
• Represent the voice of the customers and competitive market positioning in product prioritization and design discussions.

Understand the Market and the Customer

• Maintain a working command of the agentic AI, process orchestration and intelligent automation landscape, including competitors, emerging entrants and analyst positioning.
• Bring in structured inputs from enterprise customers, prospects and partners to understand their problems in enough depth to prioritise on their behalf.
• Work with Sales, Solution Consulting and Customer Success so customer requests inform a coherent platform roadmap.
• Convert market and competitive movement into specific input for the roadmap and for positioning conversations with the CPO and leadership.
• Tap into prior experience or research in process automation to how we sequence platform investment and differentiate.

Execute the Roadmap with Discipline

• Own strategy, roadmap, prioritization and outcomes for all product areas.
• Run structured discovery-to-launch: problem definition, validation, scoping, release, adoption and iteration.
• Write requirements precise enough for AI-assisted engineering: clear specifications, edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Make trade-off calls on scope, sequencing and technical debt, and explain the reasoning to those affected.
• Define success metrics before build begins, and report against them after launch.
• Drive launch readiness with Marketing, Sales Engineering and Services.

Lead and Grow the Product Team

• Coach Product Managers on discovery, problem framing, prioritization, writing and stakeholder influence.
• Set the operating rhythm for product management: reviews, artefacts, definitions of done and decision forums.
• Raise product judgement across the organization, helping engineering and business teams think in customer and business outcomes.

Hold the Technical Bar

• Engage engineering as a peer on architecture, integrations, scalability and technical constraints.
• Shape decisions on data pipeline design, data quality standards and governance, so AI features are built on data the platform can trust.
• Define guardrails, evaluation frameworks and human-oversight checkpoints for agentic AI and LLM-based features before they ship.
• Make or influence product calls on SaaS packaging and editions, deployment models, and security and compliance requirements for regulated industries.
• Use AI tooling in your own research, specification, prototyping and analysis, and set that standard for the team.

What will you bring to the team?

• 15+ years of experience overall, including 10+ years in product management for enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years mentoring or leading product managers.
• A track record of taking enterprise products from discovery through launch, adoption and scale.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic AI capability in a production product.
• Experience with data platforms or pipelines, and how they support AI-driven products.
• Strong enterprise customer instinct and credibility with senior client stakeholders.
• Exceptional written clarity, since much of your influence will travel as documents.
• Background in process automation, BPM, RPA, process orchestration or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in a company scaling through a similar inflection, roughly 100 to 500 people.
• Experience across both enterprise and self-serve or product-led motions.
• Working across distributed teams and time zones.

• The roadmap for your areas is published, sequenced and trusted, with commitments met or renegotiated early.
• Requirement quality is high enough that engineering rework caused by unclear specifications falls measurably.
• Releases are adopted, evidenced by named customer usage, expansion and reference stories.

• The Product Managers you lead visibly grow, running their own discovery and defending their own prioritization.
