Job summary

Incepteo Ltd. seeks an experienced delivery leader to manage client engagements from scoping to sign-off, primarily serving UK-based clients.

You will be the bridge between Western clients and our internal engineering, design, and AI teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong documentation at every stage. You’ll combine business analysis with hands-on project management, build trust with clients, and champion our AI-led delivery philosophy across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, project management or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience working with UK or Western clients is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal, with ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong documentation and illustration skills; comfortable with wireframes and prototypes.
• Working knowledge of databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client service engagements, from scoping to sign-off.
• Act as the primary contact for Western clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Produce clear, well-structured documentation, illustrations, prototypes, and specifications.
• Drive project momentum, manage timelines, negotiate blockers, and ensure quality targets.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal engineering, design, and AI teams.
• Stay current with software engineering trends, cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, and emerging tech.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, helping scope proposals and estimate effort.

What You’ll Do

• Stay current with software engineering trends, cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, helping scope proposals, estimate effort, and present solutions
• Champion Incepteo's AI-led delivery approach across all project workflows

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or client-facing delivery roles
• Proven experience working with UK or Western clients, candidates who have studied or worked in the UK are especially welcome
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Strong documentation and illustration skills, comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and technical writing
• Working knowledge of databases, cloud infrastructure, programming environments, and modern tech stacks
• Ability to engage socially, build friendships within teams and with clients, while driving accountability and results
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, negotiating difficult conversations, and keeping projects on track
• Genuine interest in AI, software engineering trends, and how technology is reshaping delivery
