The candidate will lead cross-functional squads, ensure responsible AI and security standards, and report on ROI and adoption metrics.

Brief About the Client

One of our clients, a large, diversified Indian enterprise with a strong focus on digital transformation is building an enterprise AI Center of Excellence to drive data-led innovation and is looking for an AI Product Manager to anchor its AI/GenAI portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and value realization metrics across business units
• Lead end-to-end ownership of AI/GenAI products from discovery to enterprise-scale deployment
• Translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions with clear product requirements
• Drive multi-squad delivery, governance, and program execution across cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, and enterprise release standards
• Track adoption, ROI, and cost optimization including GenAI usage economics

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in product/program roles with 7+ years in AI/ML/GenAI product management
• Strong experience managing enterprise AI portfolios and leading multiple squads
• Deep understanding of AI lifecycle, GenAI concepts (RAG, embeddings, etc.)
• Strong business analysis and program governance capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
