Job summary

Comviva Technology is seeking an experienced product manager to lead MarTech and customer engagement feature development. The role focuses on end-to-end definition, from requirements to release, aligned with a defined roadmap and platform guardrails.

You will own real-time segmentation and personalization features, collaborate across engineering and ML teams, and contribute to next-best-action and retention initiatives for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in MarTech, marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with engineering through the full delivery cycle.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Structured and delivery-disciplined; able to operate within a defined roadmap and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver roadmap features end-to-end within priorities set by the Senior PM.
• Translate roadmap ideas into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support evolution of real-time segmentation, audience management and treatment-definition capabilities.
• Contribute to business decision strategies by defining features for next-best-action, cross-sell, upsell and retention.
• Define personalization recipes and treatment logic for assigned features across channels.
• Work with engineering through backlog grooming, sprint planning and validation.
• Collaborate with ML Platform and other PMs to ensure integration across model output and orchestration layers.
• Ensure features align with platform guardrails and scalability principles.
• Support enterprise client solution discussions as directed.
• Monitor competitive and market developments related to the feature areas.

Key Accountabilities

• Define and deliver specific roadmap features or sets of features end-to-end - from requirement definition through release - within the roadmap and priorities set by the Senior PM, MRTM.
• Translate assigned roadmap ideas into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support evolution of real-time segmentation, audience management and treatment-definition capabilities at a feature level.
• Contribute to business decision strategies - next-best-action, cross-sell, upsell and retention - by defining and delivering the features that enable them.
• Define personalisation recipes and treatment logic for assigned features, executed across digital and engagement channels.
• Work closely with engineering through the full delivery cycle - backlog grooming, sprint planning, clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality.
• Collaborate at a feature level with ML Platform, Agentic Systems and MobiLytix Design Studio PMs to ensure assigned capabilities integrate cleanly across model output, orchestration and rendering layers.
• Ensure assigned features align with the platform abstraction and cross-industry scalability principles set at platform level.
• Support enterprise client solution discussions related to assigned capabilities, as directed.
• Monitor competitive and market developments relevant to assigned feature areas.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience in MarTech, marketing automation, decisioning or customer engagement platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership of features end-to-end - defining the what and the why, not only coordinating delivery.
• Working understanding of real-time marketing concepts: segmentation, audience logic, campaign and decision strategies, and personalisation.
• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams through the full delivery cycle.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Structured and delivery-disciplined; able to operate within a defined roadmap and platform guardrails.
