Job summary

MANCER Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a senior product leader to drive end-to-end product strategy across healthcare domains.

You will partner with engineering, QA and business teams to translate complex regulatory and customer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps. Candidates should bring 12+ years in product management or business analysis, 3+ years leading teams, and strong experience in US healthcare and healthcare supply chain.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Strong experience in the healthcare provider domain (e.g., hospitals, health systems, revenue cycle, clinical systems).
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on requirements and delivery.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with distributed/global team.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in US Healthcare/ Supply Chain.
• Experience managing product portfolios, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• End to end product ownership from strategy through delivery, launch, support and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading Product Managers, Product Owners or Business Analysts.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and product capability building experience.
• Proven experience establishing Product Management frameworks, governance and best practices.
• Strong customer centric mindset with the ability to translate business and customer needs into product solutions and requirements.
• Accountable for product outcomes, including business impact, customer satisfaction, adoption and quality.
• Strong collaboration experience with Engineering, Architecture, QA and Business teams.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, testing, release readiness, production launches and postproduction support.
• Strong Agile product development and stakeholder management experience.
