Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. You will guide the end-to-end lifecycle from market research to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.

The role emphasizes customer insights, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, including experience leading product initiatives or teams.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.


• Product Expertise: Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning.


• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, APIs, and technology products.


• Analytical Skills: Experience using product analytics, KPIs, market research, and data-driven insights to make decisions.


• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions.


• Business Acumen: Understanding of revenue models, pricing, customer acquisition, retention, and product profitability.


• Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer pain points and translate feedback into product improvements.


• Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Product board, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.


• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making, prioritization, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
