Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, seeks a Product Manager for GenAI and Agentic AI to define, build, and scale AI-powered products within the life sciences ecosystem. You will own products across the full lifecycle—from opportunity identification and strategy to MVP launch, adoption, and scale.

You will collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to design architectures, prototypes, and scalable solutions, driving rapid POCs and setting success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Product Management, AI Product Management, Consulting or related domains.
• Experience taking products from concept through MVP and production.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents.
• Excellent product discovery, roadmap planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across commercial, medical, regulatory, clinical and content workflows.
• Own end-to-end development of AI copilots, agents, multi-agent systems and intelligent workflow products.

• Drive rapid prototyping, POCs and MVP development using modern AI platforms and frameworks.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and convert business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlogs.
• Establish AI evaluation metrics and continuously improve product quality and performance.
• Embed Responsible AI, governance, compliance and security principles into product design.
• Support commercialization, adoption, ROI measurement and product scale-up initiatives.

Role Overview:

• Experience working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX and business teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is highly desirable.
