Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Generative AI to lead the design, development, automation, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Python, PySpark, cloud platforms, and MLOps, along with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), data preparation, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, forecasting, classification, clustering, and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation to measure business impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and best practices across analytics initiatives.

AI, GenAI & MLOps

• Drive GenAI automation initiatives including data processing, data quality checks, ARD/RRD creation, and reporting automation.
• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs, and related technologies.
• Develop AI-powered Copilots and intelligent assistants to enhance productivity and business processes.
• Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrate AI models with Snowflake and other enterprise systems.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting best practices in Data Science, AI, and GenAI development.
• Maintain robust documentation, knowledge-sharing, and coaching practices to support team growth and solution scalability.
