Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Sc. OR B.Tech OR BCA OR B.Com OR BBA
• Post-Graduation: MBA or PGDM
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML, digital platforms, or customer experience domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for Gen AI-powered digital channels and customer experience solutions.
• Collaborate with design, platform, operations, and technology teams to define product requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion customer-centricity across the organization and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster innovation and leverage domain expertise.
• Work with other Product Managers and business teams to ensure products are designed with a customer-first mindset.
• Support Agile project management practices and coordinate with project leads and tech teams for timely delivery.
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria and develop user flow diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Ensure adherence to processes, conduct testing, and manage timely product releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Provide product expertise to customer support teams and assist in resolving escalated issues.
• Contribute to product documentation including user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.

About the Role

The Product Manager Gen AI will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and optimization of Generative AI products within the bank. This role focuses on enhancing user experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient transactions. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-first solutions, manage product lifecycles, and ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for Gen AI-powered digital channels and customer experience solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.) ORTechnology (B.Tech) OR Computer Applications (BCA) OR Commerce (B.Com), OR Business Administration (BBA)
• Post-Graduation: MBA or PGDM

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML, digital platforms, or customer experience domains.
