Job summary

MathCo is hiring an AI Product Manager in Bengaluru to drive AI/ML platform products for enterprise clients. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to delivery, translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, and lead cross-functional teams across analytics, engineering, and client delivery.

The role requires strong skills in Python and SQL, experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications, and a track record of stakeholder storytelling and delivery ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering outcomes for enterprise clients in product/analytics roles.
• Strong end-to-end product lifecycle ownership (0→1 and 1→N).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
• Strong understanding of trade-offs: accuracy vs latency vs cost.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM-based applications (preferred).
• Ability to break down AI requirements into actionable plans and guide execution (including AI agents).
• Strong foundation in Probability & Statistics.
• Advanced analytics areas: Time Series Forecasting, Bayesian Analysis, OR Analytics (B2B/B2C).
• Ability to design business-aligned product solutions and define success metrics.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, and delivery ownership.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design fit-for-purpose product solutions aligned with business goals and constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product scope, success metrics, and delivery.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and product updates to client stakeholders.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize features, and drive Agile execution (sprints, reviews).
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure structured QA processes and high-quality product releases.
