Job summary

Hdfc Securities is seeking a Product Manager – Equity to drive growth in our equity business. The role requires deep knowledge of equity markets, customer insights, and a data-driven approach to delivering product enhancements and initiatives.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Research, Marketing and Sales, and launch new equity products and pricing strategies to improve customer experience and business metrics.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager – Equity to drive the growth and development of our Equity business. The role requires a strong understanding of equity markets, customer behaviour, product strategy and business execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify market opportunities, develop differentiated product propositions, enhance customer experience and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, client engagement, revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Identify market opportunities through competitor benchmarking, customer insights, industry trends and market developments.
• Own the product roadmap and work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Research, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver product enhancements and new initiatives.
