Job summary

Phillipcapital in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Equity Sales Trader to manage and grow relationships with institutional and HNI clients, drive equity trading volumes, and deliver high-quality execution and market insights. The candidate will deepen client engagement, share trade ideas, coordinate with Research and Compliance, and expand the client network in a fast-paced Indian equity market.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in Equity Sales Trading, Institutional Equity Sales, Broking or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, trade execution and market dynamics.
• Established relationships with institutional/HNI clients will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, client management and business development skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to independently generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced market environment.

Responsibilities
