Role & responsibilities

• Manage a designated set of business partners in accordance with KRAs to drive revenue growth.
• Proactively contact business partners and their clients daily or frequently to promote our broking services and cross-sell our comprehensive range of financial products.
• Conduct regular meetings with business partners and their clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and strengthen relationships.
• Achieve cross-selling targets for all MOFSL products, ensuring maximum client engagement and revenue generation.
• Participate in all mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.
• Maintain 100% adherence to company policies and compliance regulations to uphold our integrity and reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in broking, trading, or financial advisory preferred.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
