Job summary

EPAM Systems in India seeks an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve a strategic platform. You will coordinate requirements with business and development teams, guide lifecycle activities, and align features with regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 10-18 years of overall experience in IT with a strong background in product management, lifecycle, roadmap and vision.
• Expertise in energy trading and requirements analysis.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to align platform capabilities with user requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for varied user groups.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform by coordinating requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation with business and development stakeholders.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions to enable business users and stakeholders in platform utilization and best practices.
• Facilitate communication across departments to clarify project objectives and ensure shared understanding of platform capabilities.
• Support the design and development process by aligning product features with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing activities to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and ongoing platform performance.
• Monitor and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates.
• Work closely with a team of 3-5 colleagues and engage with third-party vendors as necessary to deliver project outcomes.
