EPAM Systems, Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Energy Trading to head the delivery of a citizen development platform for business users in the power, utilities and renewables sector.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, train users, and ensure platform capabilities align with regulatory needs while collaborating with a small team and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of IT experience with product management focus.
• Deep knowledge of energy trading and requirements analysis.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specs for development teams.

• Experience designing and delivering training programs for varied user groups.

• Gath er, analyze, and document requirements with business and development stakeholders.
• Build and deliver training sessions for platform users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across departments and with third-party vendors to achieve goals.
