Job summary

Skillventory in Pune District is seeking a role responsible for owning end-to-end Consumer Durable lending journeys, from onboarding to loan origination, servicing and collections. The candidate will drive digital journey design, process re-engineering and STP to improve TAT and customer experience.

Collaborating with Business, Product and Technology, you will manage backlogs, BRDs, user stories, UAT and releases, and drive integrations with LOS, LMS, CRM, APIs, fintech and partners while

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end consumer durable lending journeys from onboarding to loan origination, servicing and collections.
• Drive digital journey design, process re-engineering and STP to improve TAT and customer experience.
