Job summary

Sberbank is seeking an experienced product manager to own MSME digital lending products from concept through launch and scale in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work with fintechs, marketplaces and technology partners to develop partner-led lending, including co-lending; oversee APIs, data flows and customer journeys within an Agile framework, driving conversion and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, digital lending, fintech or financial services.
• Hands-on experience in MSME/SME digital lending.
• Experience in building and launching lending products from scratch.
• Prior experience working with Fintech partners, marketplaces, partner-led lending or co-lending.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working with technology and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own MSME digital lending products from concept and requirements through launch and scale.
• Work with fintechs, marketplaces and technology partners to launch partner-led lending products.
• Drive product development for co-lending, including partner integrations, APIs, data exchange and customer journeys.
• Convert business and customer needs, along with credit, risk, regulatory and operational requirements, into clear PRDs, product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with technology and cross-functional teams to deliver products through Agile/Scrum processes.
• Monitor funnel, customer and portfolio metrics and use insights to improve conversion, TAT, customer experience and portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate lending processes and improve the overall digital experience.
• Help evolve partner-led and co-lending solutions into scalable, native digital lending platforms.
