Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a digital lending/fintech product. You will own the product from vision through market delivery, collaborating with business, marketing and technology teams to launch customer-ready features.

The role emphasizes market insights, growth metrics, and delivering a customer-centric digital lending experience in a highly regulated environment. Prior leadership in fintech product teams is highly valued.

• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services / Product Startup.
• Led and delivered product to the market for fintech or digital lending.
• Strong ability to define product vision and create roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Hands-on in product strategy, use cases, and growth thinking.

• Define product vision, create roadmap and MVP.
• Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Technology and vendors to launch products.
• Develop use cases, collect market and customer feedback for delivery.
• Drive key growth metrics and unit economics for digital lending products.
• Onboard customers and iterate on requirements with product owners.

Roles and Responsibilities

8-10 Years of Experience in Financial Services / Product Startup with 2-3 years in having led and delivered product to the market Preferably in the Fintech / Digital Lending / NBFC areas but can come from any other consumer internet industry as well Work with various internal teams like Business, Marketing, Technology and external vendors to define the product vision, create product roadmap and MVP, work closely with technology teams to launch the product Have both macro and micro perspectives on the market opportunity, deep understanding and customer insights, unique point of view on how we can create our moats and help launch the product Bring in the right process tools / frameworks in defining requirements, creating use cases, capture market and customer feedback and help the tech teams to deliver the product Work closely with marketing and other teams in launching the product and on-board the customers and apply key lessons in growing the customer base Keep iterating on the customer requirements and improve the product Have a strong financial metrics to drive better unit economics and other key growth metrics Above all, a keen sense of learnability, curiosity and passionate believer in Digital First thinking and great product mindset in changing how Lending happens in India In summary, be the overall Product owner in defining, developing and delivering the right set of Digital Lending products to our customers with the right financial metrics.

Key Skills

Deep and demonstrated understanding of product management techniques and tools Prior experience in leading product teams in successful launch of Fintech / consumer products Hands-on experience in Product Strategy, roadmap definition, creating use cases / stories, product development and collaborating with internal / external teams Have developed product features and growth hacks using product management tools and frameworks Prior experience in working with different stakeholders in highly regulated, hyper-competitive landscape is a plus Extremely passionate about Product management as an art, obsessive focus on solving customer problems and Digital first thinking and approach While we are not biased, Engineers / Techies turned Product Managers are welcome!
